David Koppelman was born in New York, New York on May 27, 1963; admitted to bar, Illinois, 1989; admitted to bar, Colorado, 1996; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois 1989; U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois, 2003.
Education: Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts (B.S. Criminal Justice, cum laude 1985); Loyola University (J.D., 1989). Awards: American Jurisprudence Award in Secured Transactions and Creditors Rights (Loyola University, 1988).
Experience: Dave Koppelman joined LaRose & Bosco Ltd. in March 2003 and became a partner/shareholder in 2005, bringing with him 14 years of trial experience as a member of Allstate Insurance Company's Staff Counsel Office in Chicago where he successfully defended numerous Allstate insureds in personal injury cases at trial, as well as arbitration. He has extensive personal injury litigation experience and has handled a wide variety of insurance coverage issues on behalf of Allstate.
