David J. Aron is a Partner at LaRose & Bosco, Ltd. He began his legal career as an Associate at LaRose & Bosco in 2016 and was elevated to Partner in 2024. He has expertise in a number of areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, aviation litigation, legal malpractice, and construction litigation. He has substantial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation and non-litigated matters. He has obtained favorable outcomes for clients through dispositive motions, arbitration, mediation, and at trial.
Education: David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College in 2012, where he double majored in Political Science and Psychology and was also a Captain of the Mock Trial Team.
After undergrad, he returned home to Chicago and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2015. During law school he clerked with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and Chicago Transit Authority and was a member of the Moot Court team, earning a 3rd Place Oralist Award at the nationally recognized John J. Gibbons Moot Court Competition.
Admissions: David is currently admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In addition to success at the trial level, David has also obtained favorable outcomes in multiple appeals to both the Illinois Appellate Court and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
