 Joseph G. Alioto, Of Counsel, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, July 13, 1956; admitted to bar, Wisconsin, 1981; US District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, 1981; US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, 1981 and the United States Supreme Court, 1985.

Concentration:  Joe is engaged in a Statewide general practice of law concentrating in civil litigation, plaintiffs personal injury, criminal, traffic and municipal defense, including drunk driving, juvenile and family law and mediation and arbitration of all claims.

Joe Alioto has handled civil, criminal, family and juvenile matters ranging from felonies to multi-million dollar civil disputes. Joe is a Court Commissioner, the former President of the Wauwatosa, Wisconsin Police and Fire Commission and has been named by Milwaukee Magazine as one of Milwaukee's Best Lawyers. He is an experienced litigator, arbitrator, and mediator. In addition to operating his own successful practice, Joe consults with and assists the firm in all matters involving claims or transactions in Wisconsin.
